Changes: Hidden Explosive Tag Technique

This Weapon Master technique places an invisible trap on the ground (it's visible on bright spots), which explodes whenever an enemy steps on it.

It has a 1 second run-cast, lasts for 30 minutes and scales with intellect.

It consumes a tag (tool). Requires 40 intellect to learn.
