A level 57 Monster, inhabits Iron City in the northern part of Land of Iron. It's a version of the Samurai except that they have a horned helmet.
In the mission Stronger than the Samurai II you'll be tasked with killing 180 of them and collecting 100 Iron Pieces.
The Horned Samurai also drop the Iron Prison Key which is needed to free Granda Iroh for the mission Rescue Granda Iroh.
