Land of Toad is the ancient village inhabited by Toads, It's location is unknown, and we only know that it is somewhere within the mountains. The Toads from this land can be summoned by utilizing Summoning Jutsu.
From the beginning of their lives, the Toads there learn how to utilize Natural Energy, otherwise known as Senjutsu.

To unlock the Land of Toads map, you first need to undertake this quest chain:
There are a small amount of missions that you need to complete to gain the trust of the Great Toad Sage.

Toad Ninja Arts
After the completion of the 3 chain missions, you can go talk to the Great Toad Sage again.
He will be pleased with the completion of his missions.
The Sage will see potential in you as a tool, so he will want you to solve another problem.
You need to head out to teacher Taitomo, where you can find him near the dojo.
After the talk, you will need to go on the east side of the mountain and work on your balance.
After your training is done, you will have this notification and you can go back to Taitomo.
The second Part of this mission is to fight with your soul south of the village.
After you have defeated the soul, you can come back to Taitomo for the reward.
The Final Confrontation
The last mission will start after you talk with Great Toad Sage upon completion of previous missions.
You will be send to find and fight his dangerous rebellious son Kiritomo.
You need to go to the highest mountain, that's where Kiritomo resides.
An injured Kirimoto will hide somewhere in the village.
No one knows where it is.
After completing all of the missions you get "Hero of the Toads" as a title.
