The Water Needle Training Technique is a Gentle Fist Technique, allowing the user to concentrate their chakra, creating vortexes that fire blasts of water that take the form of needles. This technique is utilized as a training method to improve both chakra control and precision. It has a range of 6 Tiles and a cast time of 1 second, requiring the user to remain still during this period. This technique requires the user to:
- have the Taijutsu Mastery
- have a minimum of 20 Strength
- be a native of the Leaf Village
- have a level of 13 or above
Upon completion of level 1, this technique will evolve to the Revolving Heavens Technique.
