Description
Wind Shuriken is a Wind Mastery Technique that can be acquired at level 10 and is the first Wind Jutsu you get after choosing your mastery. You can get it from the Scroll Shop and it is a Tier 1 Jutsu. It shoots 1 shuriken coated in wind nature chakra for 12 tiles, does damage upon contact, and scales with the Intellect. Has no cast time and travels at a fast speed. You NEED to buy a regular shuriken from the tools shop in order to use the Jutsu.
